These terms govern your use of this website and your request for an insurance quote from Crownview Financial LLC (“Crownview Financial,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this site or submitting a quote request, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
Who we are
Crownview Financial LLC is a licensed independent insurance brokerage. We are not an insurance company. We do not underwrite, issue, or administer insurance policies. We help you compare and apply for life insurance products — term life, whole life, indexed universal life, and final expense coverage — issued by third-party insurance carriers with which we hold appointments.
Not an offer of insurance
Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to sell, or a solicitation to buy, insurance in any state in which Crownview Financial LLC or the relevant issuing carrier is not licensed. Submitting a quote request is not an application for insurance, does not bind coverage, and does not obligate any carrier to issue a policy. Coverage begins only when an application is approved by the issuing carrier, the policy is delivered, and the initial premium is paid in accordance with the policy’s terms.
Quotes, rates, and illustrations
Premium figures shown on this site — including any reference to coverage “from $20 per month” or coverage amounts “up to $500,000” — are illustrations provided for general information only. They are not quotes, not guarantees, and not offers of insurance. Your actual premium and the coverage available to you depend on your age, sex, state of residence, tobacco use, health history, occupation, the coverage amount and product you select, and the issuing carrier’s underwriting decision. Not all applicants qualify for coverage or for the lowest advertised rate. Carrier and product availability varies by state and changes over time.
Any quote we provide is an estimate based on the information you give us. It may change once the carrier completes underwriting. The policy contract issued by the carrier controls in all cases and supersedes anything stated on this website or by any agent.
Requesting a quote
When you submit your information, you confirm that it is accurate, that it is your own information (or that you are authorized to provide it), and that you are at least 18 years old. You are asking us to contact you about insurance coverage. We may contact you by phone and email about your request regardless of your text-message choices; see the SMS terms below for text messaging.
How we are paid
You pay Crownview Financial no fee. We are compensated by the issuing insurance carrier in the form of commission when a policy is placed, and that compensation is already reflected in the premium rates the carrier files with your state’s insurance department. Because we are independent and appointed with multiple carriers, compensation varies between carriers and products; we are nonetheless obligated to recommend coverage suitable to your stated needs.
Text messaging (SMS) terms
Text messaging from Crownview Financial LLC is optional and is never a condition of getting a quote or of purchasing any policy. We collect SMS consent separately for two kinds of messages, each with its own optional, unchecked checkbox on our forms:
- Appointment and customer-care messages — appointment scheduling and reminders, application status updates, replies to your questions, and service follow-ups about your quote or policy.
- Marketing and promotional messages — coverage options, rate updates, and occasional offers.
Checking a box means you agree to receive recurring automated SMS text messages of that kind from Crownview Financial LLC at the mobile number you provided. Checking one box does not opt you in to the other. Neither box is required to submit a request, and neither is bundled with email signup or with acceptance of these terms.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply to all messages.
- To opt out, reply STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, END, CANCEL, or QUIT) to any message at any time. You will receive one final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that.

- Supported carriers include the major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Opting out will not affect your quote, your application, or your coverage.
- We never share or sell your mobile information or SMS consent with any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
- You must be the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you provide, and you agree to tell us if that number changes or is reassigned.
Acceptable use
You agree not to submit false information, to submit someone else’s information without their authorization, to use this site to harvest data, or to interfere with its operation or security.
Intellectual property
The Crownview Financial name, logo, and the content of this site are the property of Crownview Financial LLC and may not be used without written permission. Insurance carrier names and marks shown on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only; their appearance does not imply that those carriers endorse Crownview Financial LLC.
No professional advice
The content on this site is general information, not tax, legal, accounting, or investment advice, and is not a recommendation that any particular product is suitable for you. Indexed universal life insurance is not a security, not a bank deposit, and is not FDIC insured; policy values other than those expressly guaranteed in the contract are not guaranteed, and all guarantees are backed solely by the claims-paying ability of the issuing carrier. Consult a qualified professional about your own circumstances.
No government affiliation
Crownview Financial LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Social Security Administration, Medicare, the Department of Veterans Affairs, or any other federal or state government agency or program.
Limitation of liability
This website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crownview Financial LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or your reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under an issued insurance policy, under your state’s insurance laws, or under any other law that cannot be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where the law of your state of residence applies to the insurance products or consumer protections at issue.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
